Clontarf Visit

Ten very special visitors all the way from the Clontarf Football Academy in  Derby Western Australia joined members of the Bennelong Foundation and  Bangarra Group community for lunch at Bennelong House on Friday 17th of  November. A visit to Sydney, Melbourne, and Echuca is rewarded to  participants of the academy who demonstrate >90% attendance at  school. About half our guests today had recently completed year 12, a  first in many of their families, and the rest were completing year 11.  It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Clontarf, about how  much the Clontarf academy means to the boys and the impact the program  has had on their lives.

Clontarf supports  Indigenous boys through school and into further education or sustainable  employment and was supported by the Bennelong Foundation in FY17.
